Two Ingredient Tomato Soup
We love this simple but delicious soup! Use an immersion blender for a smoother, creamier consistency. Freezes and reheats easily!
Ingredients
· 14 ounces of Rao’s Marinara Sauce (1/2 Jar) – We currently find this at Costco
· ½ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
· (Optional) 1 Cup Chicken Broth
Instructions
1. In a medium saucepan, mix ingredients over medium heat for 5-10 minutes

· Top with Fresh Chopped Basil
· Keto Garlic Bread (Keto Friendly Bread from Aldi, butter, garlic powder. Broil 2-3 minutes)
· Baked Goat Cheese (Recipe on blog)
