Chilean Sea Bass, prized for its flaky white flesh and rich buttery flavor will smash your taste buds in this simple air fryer recipe. The Chili Crunch is the key in this marinade as it gives both flavor and texture!


· 2 Chilean Sea Bass Filets, thawed and pat dry

· 2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce (or Coconut Aminos)

· 2 Tablespoons of Chili Crunch

· 1 Tablespoon of Rice Vinegar

· Sesame Seeds (Siracha Sesame if you have them)


· Completely thaw fish and pat dry

· Combine Soy Sauce, Chili Crunch and Rice Vinegar in a bowl

· Using ¾ of the marinade, pour over the top of the fish keeping as much on the surface as possible

· Spinkle sesame seeds over the fish

· Air Fry at 375 degrees for 10 minutes

· Remove and top with remaining ¼ of the marinade

· Air Fry at 400 for 2 more minutes
