
llll Air Fryer Harissa Salmonllll
Salmon in the air fryer, is so quick and easy, anyone can do it! It cooks evenly, resulting in a moist, flaky interior a crispy exterior. The harissa, yogurt, seasoning, will be your new favorite anytime you make this!
Ingredients
· 2 Salmon Filets, pat dry
· 1 TBS Dijon Mustard
· 1 TSP Garlic Powder
· ½ TSP Cumin
· 1 TSP Paprika
· 1 TSP Salt
· ½ Cup Greek Yogurt
· 1 TSP Harissa Seasoning
· ½ Lemon, Juiced
· 1 Green Onion, Chopped
Instructions
· Rub Dijon mustard over both sides if skinned or just the top with skin on
· Season with Garlic Powder, Cumin, Paprika and Salt
· Place in Air Fryer for 8-12 minutes at 400F until Salmon is flaky and pink all the way through
· In a bowl, mix Yogurt, Harissa Seasoning, Lemon Juice and Salt until combined
· Spread mixture on a plate and place the cooked salmon over it topped with chopped green onions.
