Keto Baked Goat Cheese

llll Keto Baked Goat Cheese llll

We love any excuse to eat baked goat cheese. There is nothing like it when it is warm right out of the oven. Add it to your salad, mix it in your soup, or just eat it by itself, this simple recipe will be used over & over again.

Ingredients

· 4 Oz. Goat Cheese Log

· 2 TBS Olive Oil

· 1/4 Cup of Keto Breadcrumbs (We used Kiss My Keto brand – 0 net carbs)

· 1/8 TSP of Sea Salt

Instructions

1. Line a small baking dish with parchment paper

2. Pour olive oil into small dish

3. Combine breadcrumbs and sea salt in a separate bowl

4. Slice cheese into 4 equal slices (you can use your hands to pack any excess cheese that flakes off into your cheese slice, forming a small hockey puck shaped disc)

5. Dip cheese with tongs into olive oil and flip to cover both sides

6. Roll cheese in breadcrumb/salt mixture to coat both sides and the edges before placing in baking dish

7. Place cheese covered in the refrigerator for 1 hour

8. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, until you see a nice golden-brown color
