This tasty desert will satisfy your trick or your treats! Only 3 Net Carbs per cookie and super easy to make. Trust me you won’t think this are low carb when you try them. Everyone is going to love them!


· ¼ cup melted butter Glaze

· 1/3 cup powdered Swerve sweetner - ¼ cup powdered Swerve

· ½ cup pumpkin puree - ¼ cup heavy whipping cream

· 1 large egg - ½ tsp vanilla extract

· 1 TSP vanilla extract

· 3 cups almond flour

· 2 TSP cinnamon

· ½ TSP nutmeg

· ½ TSP baking powder

· ¼ TSP sea salt


1. Preheat over to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

2. In large bowl, mix butter and sweetner until smooth

3. Add puree, egg and vanilla and continue mixing

4. Add almond flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder & sea salt, mix until dough forms

5. Scoop approximately 12 even size balls of dough onto baking sheet

6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and golden


1. Combine glaze ingredients in separate bowl and mix vigorously until the mixture begins to thicken

2. After cookies cool for 10-15 minutes, spoon mash the cookie to flatten and add scoop of glaze on top
