Keto Candied Almonds

If you’ve ever tasted fresh, hot, candied almonds before you are probably addicted to them like we are. But to taste that good, you just know they aren’t good for you. These Keto Candied Almonds will not disappoint and they don't have any sugar!


· 1 cup Lakanto Brown Monkfruit Sweetner (or equivalent keto sweetner)

· 1 TSP vanilla extract

· 1 TBS cinnamon

· ¼ cup water

· 4 cups Raw Almonds


1. Preheat pan over Med-High heat

2. Add water first, then sweetner, cinnamon and vanilla extract

3. Mix in pan until all the ingredients are dissolved and you have a smooth liquid consistency

4. Add almonds and fully coat them with the mixture by continuously stirring

5. The liquid will begin to reduce and crystalize on the nuts

6. Once most of the liquid is gone but before they burn remove and place on a tray with parchment paper

7. Let cool and be extremely careful as they will be very hot and sticky and you will burn easily
