llll Beef Arrabbiata Pasta with Veggiesllll
We use these zero net carb konjac fettuccine noodles with Rao’s arrabbiata sauce to create a delicious, low carb meal that even your toughest low carb critic will love! Great flavor, texture and without any of the guilt!
Ingredients
· 1 LB Grass Fed Ground Beef
· ½ Large White Onion Chopped
· 2-3 Garlic Cloves Minced
· 1 TSP Dried Oregano
· 1 Diced Pepper (we used yellow but green or red will work just as well)
· 8-10 Sliced Mushrooms
· 1 Jar of Rao’s Arrabbiata Sauce
· 2 packages of The Skinny Pasta Fettuccini
· Freshly graded Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
1. Brown ground beef and garlic in skillet over med-high heat and drain excess fat (4-5 minutes)
2. In a separate skillet, cook the onions, mushrooms and bell pepper (4-5 minutes)
3. After draining meat, add oregano and mix together with the cook vegetables
4. Add jar of Rao’s sauce to the mixture and stir for 1-2 minutes
5. Strain and rinse the Fettuccini noodles before adding them to the mixure and combine
6. Top with parmesan cheese
